Career Summary

As a TPM (Technical Project Manager) who can work across both technology and business, I have driven a wide range of projects from management to hands-on development, covering web development, project management, business operations, and organization management.

At university, I studied media and regional revitalization, then earned the Fundamental Information Technology Engineer certification to build a career in globally applicable IT. At TIS Inc., I worked as an SAP ERP consultant and experienced the full delivery cycle from requirements definition and design to development, testing, and operations.

After that, I moved closer to product creation through web development at Step IT Solution Co., Ltd. and through self-employed work. As a self-employed professional, I also worked outside pure engineering, including doujin event operations, writing, and ICT instruction.

I joined HIKKY Co., Ltd. as the company's first dedicated engineer in the web frontend domain. I built frontend architecture used across the company, created coding guidelines, helped launch the team, and handled management responsibilities. From 2024, I led the Web-related Technology Development Department. In October 2025, after the results of an event business I had personally driven in Sapporo were recognized, I became Head of the Project Management Department. Due to career planning based in Sapporo and changes in life stage, I left the company in September 2026.

I am currently building a career as a TPM x FDE (Forward Deployed Engineer) with Codex as an AI partner.

QUESTION

Writing and rereading ask for different kinds of attention. A long draft also needs a way to keep your place.

IN PRACTICE

Desktop and mobile checks confirmed paragraph navigation and exact text preservation when returning to editing. The guest trial is not saved.
